About Me
Dr. Steve Migacz is Associate Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at ²Ø¾«¸ó’s Heller College of Business, with over a decade of experience as a hospitality educator, researcher, and industry professional. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and has managed restaurants, events, and catering businesses. Dr. Migacz’s research focuses on service recovery and culinary tourism, and he regularly leads collaborative studies and student-centered projects. Through innovative teaching and industry partnerships, he equips students to excel in hospitality management, consumer research, and leadership roles in the dynamic service industry.
